Tried to flash my Qtek by custom rom, but unsuccesfully How turn on the device in bootloader mode? Pressing down the "Record" and "Camera" button at the same time, but nothing happens, what i'm doing wrong?
P.S. Sorry for my bad English, i'm Russian.

If you successfully flash your cumtomed ROM, would you please release it together with your way of flashing it?

Hanging Up Prophet (Please help :-( )

Hi!
I downloaded a dumped German WM6 Rom. Now I have a big problem. I turn the device on, and the normal HTC Logo appears.
After that, the Qtek Logo appers, and that is all. After the second Logo nothing happens. What can I do?
I tried a soft reset, the same problem. (Reset Button)
I tried a hard reset, the same problem. (Camera, Comm-Manager, Reset)
I tried the same with the Camera and the Reset Button without the Comm-Manager Button. Is it possible to get a running system back? I made a Backup long time ago, so the files can be deleted.
Thank you very very much.
Enter bootloader mode, connect the usb cable and flash back to original WM5 rom.
Hi!
Damn, I used the wrong update. Thanks..

What you have upgraded is Radio ROM, not IPL/SPL.
However if you have upgraded something else, maybe that is causing the problem.
You didn't explain what "no response" means. If the boot logo is shown, flash your original Qtek ROM to have everything restored to normal. If it does not power on, try to fully charge your phone (using wall charger). It that doesn't help than your may have a unrecoverable brick.

Thanks for reply
No response = power button no active.
I up radio to 2.61.11 after reboot - brick.
CID is lock, G4.
- use your original wall charger to charge the phone fully, another miniusb wall charger will not work, does not have enough power.
- switch into bootloader mode (press and hold camera button and soft-reset, release soft-reset but hold camera a bit longer)
- in bootloader mode, install an original rom.
Good luck.

Just flashing and upgrading Radio Rom doesn't Brick the phone,it doesn't include any IPL/SPL in it,unless you have flashed some rom with ipl/spl in it.Try to get the battery fully charged, hope it'll work out, otherwise, force the phone into bootloaders (tricolor screen) and flash the official stock rom from the carrier.

[Q] [XT910]Bricked, need a little help (no fastboot, no recovery, bootloop)

Hey guys,
My friend asked me to help him out with his Motorola Razr XT910 phone. He tried to root it and flash a new rom but something went wrong because the phone is half(?)-dead now.
It just shows the Motorola logo when I start it and a few seconds later it shuts down. The strange thing is that it turns itself on automatically a few minutes later so I can't turn it off at all. Also, I can't start it with fastboot mode either (volume up+down+power).
When I try to connect it to my PC it's appearing as an unrecognised device so I'm clueless now. Most likely he killed/flashed/erased the bootloader somehow (he tried to flash something in fastboot mode).
Is there anything that I could try?

Does the phone still have battery? Because if it doesn't then you would need to get a factory cable.
Here's how to get into fastboot mode :
(1) When you see the Motorola logo, press the volume down button + power button and wait for the phone to turn off (there will be a slight white flash line on the screen)
(2) As soon as it does, press the volume up+volume down+power button and you should get it. It isn't easy, will take a few tries.
However, if it's battery is drained, just get the factory cable. It automatically puts the phone in fastboot mode
Plug it up to charge for at least 10 minutes then do power and down arrow for 20 seconds then release both and do power and up arrow till you see fastboot. Let me know how you make out.
Thank you guys, I was able to get into fastboot and the phone is working again (after debricking and flashing back the old JB rom).
Another question: I was able to root the phone with the chinese rootmaster application (From this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2402943 ) Is it possible to downgrade it to ICS? The phone's owner wants a hungarian ROM and the current JB rom is not containing this language. I found a central european ICS and most likely it's the latest hungarian ROM but I don't know how to flash or install it properly. Can you help me out with this? Is it possible if the phone is rooted?

You can't downgrade,it isn't possible.
Try to flash another JB rom, some of them must have hungarian language.

Hardbrick Sony Xperia Tablet Z SGP321

Hello guys.
Hoping on your truly support. Have the problem, which cannot solve by myself.
Was trying to flash boot.img from CWM recovery 6.0.3.0 via fastboot. It flashes succesfully, but after rebooting the tablet it doesnt show any signs of life. Was trying EMMA for solving , Flashtool to change kernel, but when plug it through usb, it haven't launched and PC don't recognize any device connected. When i press Vol+ Vol- Power at the same time LED lights with white 3 times and that all.
Was using rooted Lollipop 5.1.1 with unlocked bootloader.
Is there any possibility to reanimate it or its finished totally.
Regards.
Edit.
Many thnx 2 Alok Bajaj for his solution:
Here's what you can do..
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button for ten seconds until you see a white light flashing three times. While doing this somewhere around in 5 seconds you'll see white led flashing once, but keep on pressing those buttons till it flashes next three times.
After that your tablet will be turned Off.
You can put your device in flash mode and flash a new ROM from Xperia flash tool.
If you get the error "Unknown sources and USB debugging must me enable for flash mode, then your option can be to flash the ROM from fastboot.
Download a ROM (CyanogenMod or any with custom recovery).
Flash the boot.img via fastboot and reboot your device.
Once done you should see a led lit up while the device is booting (pink/magenta color in case of CyanogenMod).
Press the volume up/down button and you should be able to go to recovery mode.
From here you can recover your device easily
And before you do anything make sure you've charged your device well.
Good luck
Cheers mate!
hi,
thanks for the tutorial, I try it but*don`t see the second three blue blinks how long usually*takes to wait for them
Hi there! I think I have hardbricked my tablet (SGP321) too. The thing is, mine won't start, no matter what I press and do. If I press the power button it blinks white and if I press the UP button with it, it blinks three times. After that nothing happens. If I connect a USB to it, it just flickers first red and then green. And thats it.
I tried to flash [7.1] CyanogenMod 14 [POLLUX/POLLUX_WINDY][UNOFFICIAL] by CaHbKaUp and chose the Pollux Version from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-tablet-z/general/rom-cyanogenmod-14-t3496758. I also flashed the recommended GApps.
I whiped the sd-card in recovery (twrp) first and then flashed the new rom and GApps.
I think I chose the wrong version, maybe? I flashed my tablet once and I thought I could do it again, the same way as before. Guess I was wrong.
If there is anything I can do to get this back to work, please respond!
with regards
PsyPax

Didn't know about the bootloader.
Has Android 5.1.1 Stock rom,
rooted it
installed XZDualrecovery from here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261606
Then it showed up twrp and I flashed lineage-14.1-20170417-UNOFFICIAL-pollux.zip

Reflash device with Flashtool.
You can't flash custom ROMs with XZDR recovery.

[solved] Won't get into fastboot

Hey guys,
I am raging so much...
I activated a security pattern, but somehow when a draw it for initialization I did something wrong. No idea what happend, but the end of the story was: I was locked out of my phone. I googled a little and found out that you had to do a factory reset (because I have no root, I couldn't delete the gesture.key file via adb)
OK, I decided to install a rooted custom rom with recovery, I flashed stock Lollipop but I didn't check the "data wipe" option - shame no me. No when I start the device it says "com.android.phone" has been terminated (or something similar, it's in Spanish, I don't know Spanish).
But when I try to flash again (via flashtool) I can't enter fastboot mode. When I hold VOL-DOWN (or VOL-UP) while plugging in, it just goes into charging mode!?
Hope you can help me rescuing my phone...
Cheers,
elementzero23

>> okay you fixed it anyway.
>> Better if you first plug in the cable to mobile and then when flash tool prompts hold the volume down key and then
only plug in the usb cable into PCright?
That is all what we do.
