i tried to install another rom, Hermes_WM6_WWE_vp3G_v3[1].61.0_ATT_Full.rar and Touch_I_interface_beta.zip and crashed. and now, i enter in bootloader, if i want to make super cid it tells me to connect the pda even if is connected. and if i try to install other roms is stuck on 0%

Give more detail about your device, SPL? Radio version? Custom RUU version that you use?
i can't give you more that SPL 2.03 because the rest (RUU, radio) doesn't work. I can't enter in my device (i tried several custom RUU, still nothing, remaing stucked on 0%)
my first SPL was 1.03 but after a try of upgrading ROM it was modifed in 2.03 and i think this is the problem. does anyone knows how to modify it?
how can i downgrade my SPL ?

Qtek S200 is not a wizard device,its a Prophet device,post in the Prophet sub-forum.
If he took a ROM from this forum and managed to crash the phone i'm guessing he bricked it.
if he did as you have said mestrini, then more fool him. Alarm bells should have rang when the image of the device on the splash screen on his pc ,looked nothing like his device. I think its just eagerness to try, or maybe a belief that any problem can be fixed. Either way it will be a hard lesson learn't

i am stuck in tricolor bootloader mode ipl 1.04 spl 2.03. the thing is i didn't flash my device when this is happening. it happened when i changed the sim card.when i turned it on the tricolor bootloader appear..i never have problems with my device b4..i hv tried the fix mentioned here by using mtty still to no avail..also i tried to flash my device (1st time ever) to the official rom..it did get to 100% and succeful but when it reset the bootloader reappear..any idea??
i never flash my device b4..the one that i mentioned is done after this problem appear so the question of hardspl do not arise..

Yesterday I bricked HD2 trying to install this htc.com/europe/SupportViewNews.aspx?dl_id=839&news_id=485.
Its a TMOBILE-US and I installed hard spl on it as well as a custom rom.
The device wouldn't go to bootloader mode (vol down + restart) it will not start, will not charge, nothing.
I also tried hard resetting with no success.
I did some reading, but everything I found required having access to bootloader mode.
Can I unbrick from this situation? is there some way to flash from the SD WITHOUT having access to bootloader mode.
Please help me rescue my 2 months old baby!

The link you posted i couldnt get to work, however i notice it has europe in it,(plus there are NO tmous compatible roms on eth htc website) meaning a rom for a regular leo, meaning a radio with ..51.. in the version, meaning dead tmous hd2.
Warranty return it, dont mention flashing.
Ouch. I thought HSPL would save me.
Anyway, warranty is currently out of the question since I don't live in the US.

Hello! I purchased a HTC HD2 from ebay. it was working when i received it. Then i started to play wth it. Flashe with HSPL 2.08 and tried to install MIRI Rom and it Frozen durin update process. THen i tried to flash with other customs rom and the some poblem. it freezes on 5%...10%...55%..87%...every time different % it freezes. I tried then to flash with all other HSPL possible, also tried to flash using microSD and the same problem...then i tried to flash using Stock rom, and the same problem. Now i can start it just in boot mode. Anyone have a solution for me?
Can there be a hardware problem or i did something wrong? THe S/n of the phone is: HT02RNW03930.

Have you unlokced the HSPL ? you have to flash the HSPL to the newest version. HSPL 2.08 HSPL.. unlocked status..otherwise, you will have some problem even it will become a dead phone.---brick one.
