Well, this is soo strange. The problem is this:
1- I upgraded to Shato Touch 1.0 (WM6) before.. Worked fine
2- I decided to upgrade to Wm6.1 - Cloudyfa Touch Edition 2.0, so i did a clean PVTemp install and now i have
IPL: 2.13.0001
SPL: 2.20.0001
Rom Version: Qtek 2.20.7.34 WWE
Radio Version: 02.47.21
Extrom: 2.20.7.114
4- Now the problem: Ive tried every tool on the forums. Every tool to Hard SPL it. Everytime it just reboots after all process, and the IPL / SPL numbers stay the same. As i figure from the forums: they should turn to 2.G4.4PDA or 2.24.opil, But they remain the same?
Please tell me what to do? I mean i really want to upgrade to 6.1, but icant fugire out what s the problem

................go for 1d, no hardspl is required.
haha! Ive been trying to hard spl for abt 1 month now.. with breaks of course, whenever i got time... but as soon as i posted it, it worked!
I ran the hardspl.bat in the Upgrade_HardSPL_G4 folder... not the nvrom setup.
ANd it worked! Its showing 2.0.G4.4pda .. and i just installed wmtouch 2.0 edition (cloudyfa ).
Well, this is a odd, but thanx a bundle Ill do the 1d method when i plan to change roms again

Hello! Recently (3 days ago) I've 'midgraded' from BlueAngel to Prophet... THus I have some newb. questions
How to check whether my Prophet has a CID-lock? The Wiki has no "FAQ" section...
Another thing - flashing. There is nowhere explained in the Prophet section how to upgrade a G4 ROM. My PDA has AKU 2.0, which really pi**es me off, 'cause I've been using BlueAngel with AKU 3.5 for a while... 2.0 boots a HELL long, does some strange things I do not understand :/
As far as I understand, to upgrade my Prophet ROM I need a G4 ROM with compatible CID (unless my PDA has no CID-lock, but I do not know how to test this...). How and where from can I get the correct ROM? My bootscreen details:

Ahm ... you dont need to unlook your G4, to Upgrade the OS with Smart1 or other Firmware ;-)
I have a locked G4 and all Firmwares work if you upgrade without IPL/SPL!!!

Please advise if it is safe to run HARDSPL for upgrading to WM6.

I believe you can just put it into bootloader mode and flash the WM6 Dopod ROM. A friend of mine did this recently.
i hv just done it. i did not encounter any major problem except after flashing it with the official ROM, the storage memory is very low ....

yes it is safe... but you need an activesync partner ship setup to installl HardSPL as it needs to push SSPL to your device... for more information read www.mrvanx.org

with updating/installing HardSPL the device needs to be in Windows with activesync connected so SSPL can be pushed to the device...
I trid to install HardSPL Version 7 (2.10.olipro).
I activesync connected and run RUUWraper.exe
I go through all the selection right and on the last page after I click "next" I press yes on my Softbank. but the flash download didn't started and the Softbank reset and go into the engineering mode where I still see :

SPL-1.09.ds
All my versions are the same as Ken which are:

This is a G4, right?
Flashing with one of the wm6 rom's (touch VII for example), woundn't I have problems with CID lock? (my original rom is in portuguese).

Your device is G4, your right.
About the possibility to downgrade: yes you can, but you will need a NoVendorID edition of your preferred ROM. With the update to WM6 the VendorID will get lost. If you reflash to your original ROM afterwards, the RomUpdateUtility will check for this VendorID and will not find it, so it will stop operating.
This has nothing to do with technical stuff, but everything with marketing stuff. With this method the vendors are trying to prevent that f.i. Orange customers will upgrade with T-Mobile ROM's.
It is rather simple to workaround this minor inconvinience. Just download a appropiate NVID RUU somewhere, ans exchange the nk.nsb file with your preffered ROM. Now the RUU won't check the ID and will reflash your device just as you wanted it!

I'm about to upgrade my O2 XDA G4 from WM5 to WM6. I bought this neo on ebay and I don't know if it has already been HardSPled. Is there any chance to know - or - can the HardSPL procedure run again without creating problems?
Are the Radio, the IPL and SPL upgraded as well using one of the last WM6 rom or they should be upgraded manually? Do you recommend to upgrade also IPL/SPL/Radio?

The way to tell if it has been HardSPLed is to see the SPL number.
if it is 2.G3.4PDA or 2.G4.4PDA it has been hard SPLed if not, you will need to do it.
Generally, radio ROMs and IPL/SPL are best left alone (other than SPL for HardSPL).

The numbers themselves (2.G4.4PDA) are meaningless... I think it is 2 (the SPL version) G4 (the device version) 4PDA (sounds like "for PDA").
You will need to HardSPL first, using G4 HardSPL as your device is a G4, then you can flash a ROM.

I upgraded my QTEK s200 to bikertibi version 23071 full using bikertibi Prophet_Upgrade
I first tried to use SoftSPL but when it didn't work I used bikertibi tool to perform HardSPL
The upgrade went OK and I tried this version for a short time.
Because there is not much ram available I wanted to change to a different version
Every other version I tried ended up in the Bootloader screen (3 colors) after rebooting at the end of burn sequence.
Current version of SPL is:
IPL 2.09
SPL 2.20
I can go back to the original WM5 version I got RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QTEK_WWE_Ship
but after that I cannot burn any WM6.5 version
Any help is appreciated

SPL: 2.09 ===>Hard SPL has not been performed.
So, simply perform it again, using bikertibi's tool or others in the forum.
You can use every ROM after that, (When you have SPL: 2.G4.4PDA)
