I unbrick my htc p3600 with HTC Trinity Stack Overflow exploit - how to unbrick any Trinity stuck in bootloader!! this not work i try all i not have kitl mode , and can not use SSPL+ActiveSync because i stack in bootloader-no active sync my problem is to change bootloader when device is cid locked only solution to create Hermes overflow exloit and when i have temporaly cid unlock my device then i can flash rom.
Flash a cooked ROM, leave the device in bootloader mode, connect with USB....run the RUU and select your bootloader version.
The RUU shouldnt care that the device is already in bootloader mode, just follow the usual steps.
Explain me more because

100% then always receive message image corrupted.

I want to ask the mods to make this thread sticky so if anyone find a sulotion for this type of brick would post it Here.

I had the same problem, I tried I think all the tips I read on the forum, finally I put my phone in Bootloader mode, I uncheck usb connectios on active sync, and the most important thing I tried with the following ROM: RUU_hermes_CINGULAR_WWE_2.15.502.3_6275_1.40.30.00_108_Ship for my surprise after trying will all kind of roms, this one did the installation of a new radio and finished with 100% in downloading the new OS and radio GSM, I have a working Hermes! If I could help in anything let me know

It is a WM5 Rom, this is the only one I tried that worked at the first try!, however it seems at the beggining that wont work because it takes too much time to advance in the percentage bar on downloading, for me took about 35 minutes, the good notice is that this rom completes the installation and installs a WM5 but it is a good start since once you are done with this you can install hard spL on your phone, you mentioned that didn´t work please be patient if you notice that the percentage bar is working, at the end this will fix your phone.

My phone was cid locked and KITL disable before I fixed it! now I did the unlocking using PoFs cid and sim unlocker and it worked fast and easy at the first try!
I understand your urgent requierement I was 15 days with my phone damaged with the only showing of IPL 1.04 and SPL 2.03 "serial" text on the bottom.

I have an unlocked MDA vario II, which I unlocked it by myself using the CID unlocker 3a. After the procedure which was succesful, the SPL of my PDA changed to these:
HERM 300
IPL-1.01
HERM300
SPL-1.40 Olipro
I tried to upgrade the SPL with the new HARD SPL v7
and I am getting the error 269 when I am using the RUU wrapper.
What is the problem ?
will I be able to install new roms with my current SPL ?

i have a problem.i did hard spl to my k-jam. my k-jam(G4)'s ipl spl was 2.26 and i did it 3.08.then i tried it to do wm 6.5(with no ipl spl) but it did not work and ruu end when it was half.and now k-jam does not open and not charging.whan can i do? please help me

Your IPL/SPL was 2.26?
That is a G3 IPL/SPL, A G4 IPL/SPL should have been 2.26.0001.
Did the 3.08 upgrade work (that is not a hard SPL either, so without superCID you can't upgrade your ROM.
Please revert to original ROM, then be sure that your Device is either G3 or G4.
unlock the CID accordingly.

Had the same problem, the K-Jam is now completely dead - no sign of life whatsoever.
so sorry the-equinoxe . iremembered sth. i did hard spl to my k-jam and it was like that after hard spl : İPL SPL 2.26.0001olip . i did not do it 3.08 sorry for this.
and when i opened RUU fora WM6.5 rom it gived an error. so k-jam was black screen.
then i charged,get the usb,put out battery but it still doesnt work.
