[Q] Is my bootloader unlocked? - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

Hi there guys! I did the unlock bootloader by the test point method with s1tool!
I had Bootloader unlocked allowed: No and I still have it!
Please help,
pedrorubster a.k.a Pedro Ribeiro
PS: S1Tool LOG: http://pastebin.com/XSDQ2iVf

if your loader version is with a small 'r' then your bootloader is unlock if it 'R' then it's still lock ..if i'm not mistaken
EDIT : use S1Tool to and choose Identify ..again and post your loader version

22-02-2012 11:16:27 LOADER VERSION: "r4A069" It's unlocked right?

yup ..it's unlock ..you can try flash kernel to test it ..

If it goes wrong can I undo?
If I can how?

if it's still lock the log will show up error
if you success ..there will be no error
please read carefully before you want to flash kernel because not many support lww ..if you want to flash back to stock kernel ..just flash back
you can read this for more info

Yes, it only shows the battery charging animation...
And if I remove my finger when the SE logo is brighter it goes to CWM!

You might be holding the wrong button if it goes to CWM.

I hold Up button!

You don't turn the phone on, just hold the button down(Volume up/down, varies with phones) and insert the cable.

OMG ..i've just read this post
http://androidflip.com/unlock-xperia-phones-bootloader-without-losing-drm-data-track-id-working/
it says if you unlock it with test point while your bootloader doesnt allowed to ..
you can't enter to fastboot mode

Hello good.
Then it means that you can unlock the way fastmode, but then what would be the solution? I overheard that the first is to alter the code of the company X to unlock the fastmode, but anyone knows of that formula? Thank you.

[Q] Stuck at SE logo and don't know what to do

Hello,
I used to be on CyanogenModv6 with my X10mp... It was perfect, but this morning i decided to upgrade to MiniCM7 Pro (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1201116)
The thread say that i need CWM to do it. Then i searched how to do this, and i found that :

Because i already had Xrecovery. I did it like this, and now, i'm stucked at the Sony Ericsson logo... How can i fix this? Thanks a lot.
Jerome
use SEUS to reflash 2.1 to your device then root and try again, if you want i can give you the files and a little explanation on how to install CWM manually
thanks for your answer. I used flashtool and now it works
thanks for your answer!!
I have a similar problem.
I used this guide to unlock my bootloader. After the kernel downgrade and the actual unlocking of the bootloader (using the setool2 batch), my X10 does not boot and I can't shut it down. This means I can't get into flash mode holding the back button.
Any suggestions?

Plug in your USB-cable, press home-button and power-button simultaneously, and as soon as the screen goes completely black, release those and press the back-button, voila, flashmode...

just enter fastboot mode (by keeping pressed volume up button attach to PC and flash one of the kernels.. if it flashes fine then you have recovery installed.. then u can flash 4pda Rom
Thanks jjdoctor..
Could you please elaborate on that? I spent the last hour trying to find a solution, but no avail..
A link to the solution would suffice..
I keep connecting my phone in fastboot mode as you said, while using Flashtool 0.6.7.0, but it disconnects after a few seconds..
Well, i'll just tell you what i'm doing..
I downloaded the .42 firmware CE type... i have the .ftf file in the firmwares directory..
I run the Flashtool..
Hold down the volume down button and the device is shown in the window..
"Device connected in flash mode"
The green light is on..
After a few seconds, it automatically gets disconnected.. and i remove the battery again an reinsert it.. to connect the phone via usb again...
Thats what i'm doin since the past hour..
please shed some light on where i'm going wrong..
Thanks again in advance...
Ok so have you tried using a software called SEUS (Sony Ericsson update service)? It's simple to flash original fw back
Sent from my ST18i using xda premium
That seems like a pretty good idea.. Let me try it..
Use s1tool hook phone up and press restore I've bricked my phone 5 times lol and that works for me
sent from Xperia ray 4.0.3
you are connected in flashboot mode, that's why the LED turned GREEN instead of BLUE
please connect in FASTBOOT mode by pressing the Vol Up button while connecting to the PC, the LED should turn BLUE

just flash a kernel with flashtool
You got a hardbrick, never relock bootloader on custom kernel.
I can`t flash a kernel `cause my phone don`t start. And I don`t know what to do...
Your battery is charged??
IF NOT HARD BRICK. if have warranty go to sony center or tell a lie about your phone, your phone reset and dont turn on again something similar xd. If dont have warranty the fix is via JTAG and you need to pay for it.

When i take it, i tried to flash a costum kernel: nAa 14, i used s1tool and shows me "UNKNOWN SIM CERTIFICATE" or sm like that so I can`t unlock bootloader, but i read somewhere to use "stool2" and i used it now i tried to flash nAa kernel, i did it and i installed gingersony but phone loop on nAa kernel . Then...i flash BLRelock...after flash finished, phone died. Dont start up, green led dont blink, phone dont vibrate and flashtool, pcc dont recognize it.

That would have worked if the phone wasn't bootloader-bricked. Installing the blrelock.ftf-bootloader on the xperia mini pro will make it unbootable. No back-arrow-flash-option, no hack, no way, no how. The phone is properly bricked.
Only way to un-brick is JTAG. Please do not try to "help" people if you do not know how f'ed up their problem is.

hardbricked is where the device can't be detected (changing, flash mode, boot, etc.. all is useless)
the only solution is j-tag..
got the same problem & my x10 mini pro RIP..

Dear Sir,
When we select the Firmware in Flash Tool ( Flash Mode ) then we got the message to unplug the device-Then to press the back button-Then to connect the Usb to phone, But as with this Hard Bricked situation nothing happens on the phone and the same message remain on the screen.
Usually after follwoing such process we can easily flash any kernel/Firmware but due to Hard Brick we cannot.
I would really appreciate if you suggest how to flash kernel when phone is not showing any life and not connecting to the PC or communicating with the Flash Tool ( As message flash that Device Not Connected on Flash Tool )
Please Help !!
