[Q] Please help - S2 won't boot up. CWM gone?! - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My phone crashed while installing an app from play store. It required a battery pull, after which it kept getting stuck on the kernel boot logo (I was on a near-latest JellyBam rom with Siyah kernel). So I booted to CWM. Tried a restore. It failed. Tried wiping data, ok, then it crashed on wiping cache partition. Now it won't boot into CWM anymore. It still has download mode.
Meanwhile my wife is pregnant and as you can imagine this is not the best time to end up without a phone!

2.Boot to recovery and go to Mounts and Storage and format System,Data;Cache
3.Go back and wipe battery stats.Go back and do a Factory reset.

If it is a .tar file you downloaded you just have to download odin any version, install kies to install your drivers in your pc then open odin click PDA then browse your .tar file click start.
Before doing phone should be in download mode. google it. and usb debugging on,

unfortunately... I have only seen odin flash files to samsung devices. odin will not help him with his pantech... sony has flash tool htc has the ruu update utility, and samsung has Odin...
I would recommend finding the stock firmware in a zip file if you can not find the flash tool for it..
rename it update.zip
put it on root of sdcard
boot to recovery and flash zip.
im not sure how pantech is working their recovery or stock firmwares..
My brother in law just brought his pantech magnus to me as it boots to pantech logo and hangs...
unfortunately this device does not have stock firmware available or a flash tool to do it... until it becomes available he has a paperweight... however i can work on all his samsung devices. my sony devices and htc devices no problem...
hope it helps out a little press thanks if the info was at least useful in some way. Goodluck!

[Q] Won't boot to recovery and wrong Gapps, any help?

I tried updating Cyanogenmod but needed the new gapps, but unfortunately I installed the wrong one. Now I have no way to access my phone as I can only see "Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped". On top of that, whenever I try to boot into recovery to install the correct gapps, I am greeted by a blank screen. I have tried reinstalling the recovery with Odin and I am getting the same thing. Any help?
Full wipe or flash stock fw via Odin
Use Odin if you can boot to OS and reflash recovery of choice.

[Q] S5830i flash problem,pls help

Hi
I have bought one s5830i model. There is problem with flash. If I see download mode, there is 1x custom binary flash. Now I in normal way via odin tryed flash stock rom, but after reboot always just Samsung logo. If I tryed in recovery wipe data, there is same problem, no can boot, just around logo and animation. Maybe problem with bootloader? If I tryed root and restoring my S5830i custom restoring file, phone write: Can´t mounting data error.
Pls help with if is way to repair, if is some pit for repartition or what can I do for start my phone. Thx

Have you installed it through ClockWorkMod recovery?
The steps needed to follow precisely is:
- Install Stock GB Firmware through Odin (You'll get it from Sammobile)
(It would be helpful if you specified the link where you installed the stock firmware)
- Install CWM recovery through Odin
- Boot into recovery and wipe data/cache/dalvik-cache/battery stats
- Install Zip from SD card
- Again wipe data/cache/dalvik-cache/battery stats
- Reboot
