Yes. I did & It boot and says MAGLDR 1.13. But Below there are no Menu.
Strange! Get the hd2 toolkit and do a task 29 and try installing magldr again, (since you are unable to get stock ROM for your device.)
Sent from my NexusHD2 using xda premium
reflash hspl, radio then magldr
No need to reflash hspl but maybe radio!! If I'm not mistaken magldr requires a 2.15.50.+ radio,

Ok. Thanks For the Replies.

I did perform a Task 29. SUCESS
And I tried flashing the radio 2.15.50.14, but it failed. " your device is not supported or something"
Installed Magldr. But still no Menu is shown.
With Hard SPL should not matter about CID of ROM as it is bypassed. Reflash HSPL with HSPL4 to match what original WM6.5 ROM you are trying to flash & flash via usb & do not use/install magldr.
Could be an issue with radio memory blocks so try a custom WM6.5 rom such as NRG & see if that flashes ok ...

First of all thanks for the reply.
1. Reflashed HSPL4, Tried to install stock ROM WWE_ World Wide English (WWE) 3.14.405.2 ( Since I don't know my stock rom version/Region). I did read the DFT Installer it says that With HSPL4 i can bypass the CID check. As you have mentioned above. BUT it did not work.
2- Tried Custom NRG Enegizer rom. IT did Install But I am stuck At the boot Screen.

You got issue with the the Radio nand on your HD2 then probably.
try flashing just a radio now & see what happens, also try using the reset pin to reboot & see if helps !
Not much you can do in this scenario besides try combination of things such as the task 29 & different order of flashing & rebooting via rest pin & hoping it take a clean flash !

SPL-1.42.0000, but I try different SPLs and HSPLs
Hmz, I havn't seen this... Does the device boot, or does it directly go to bootloader?
Normally it's stuck at the HTC boot screen, to go to bootloader I press volume key. I try different versions of roms, but no result

is this your stock rom?
have you tried downloading once more the stock rom from HTC's website based on your device's serial number? Error 18003 is most likely caused by flashing a corrupt file (either from the download or transfering/renaming the file to SDCard) ???
EDIT: are you sure you are not trying to flash a non-WWE version of the stock ROM without previously installing HSPL on your device?
Yes, I use firmware from HTC's website based on my device's serial number... When I flash custom roms or radio (roms, which image not contain EXTROM) it's flash well, but no result.
This morning I tried again to flash device and it flash well!! But it stuck at the HTC boot screen again. I used the same firmware as yesterday (RUU_Leo_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.66.707.1_Radio_Signed_15.30.50.07U_2.06.51.07_Ship from official HTC's website) and used the same CD card as yesterday, but today it flashed well. maybe a bad copy/download?
Try this otherwise send it to warranty:
1) HSPL2
2) Task 29 by doonloop
3.1) Flash a stock WWE ROM (try a version 1.66) from the PC
or
3.2) Redownload your HK stock from a different source (specific thread here at XDA), rename it LEOIMG.nbh and flash it from your PC
Good luck!
Do not flash any ROM from your SD card please. Just use the recommended way - through PC.
remove sd card from your leo and try to flash rom using pc .
@mon_money..How can he flask from his pc ir phone wont boot... dont you need active sync?
I had a similar problem when i was using an incompatible radio rom for the rom i was trying to install...
copy the nbh file from the stock rom into the root of the sd. that will fix the problem..
I had a similar problem with a different ROM and I tried this suggestion provided by mskip. It does require you already have HSPL2 installed.
1. Turn your phone off and unplug it from your computer
2. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN then Press and hold the POWER button. After about 3 seconds the tri-coloured screen should appear with the "SERIAL" driver displayed at the bottom
3.connect it to your pc it should install drivers.the screen should now say "USB"
4.reflash with std rom/radio, known working ROM, or original OEM rom - TMOUS has a bundled 2.13 download from their website.
Good luck.

probably best you don't use the 2.13. chances are it would be fine, but this rom seems to be pretty good at updating the spl to 2.1
not a problem for tmous users who can downgrade using rom 2.10 but that only works because their phone is tmous. the OPs phone isn't.
im pretty sure it just simply wouldn't work, but whilst you are already having problems, don't run the risk.
I try all this solutions but no result

Don"t use stock ROM 3.14 if you will install/use NAND!
Stock ROM 3.14 isn't compatible with HSPL; and you will need HSPL for NAND.
Just install/upgrade your Radio version on your 1.66 stock ROM.

Like I mentioned before, if your attention is to use/install NA ROMND.
DON'T use stock ROM 3.14! NAND needs HSPL, and this isn't possible in combination with stock ROM 3.14!!!
Just upgrade your radio.
Yeah u should just upgrade your radio. no need to upgrade to 3.14.
I do not see the necessitiy to upgrade to 3.14 if you want to run Android NAND.
What you need to do is to start all over again.
1. Extract RUU_unsigned.nbh from stock 1.66 ROM, rename as leoimg.nbh, copy this file to the root of your SDCard.
2. Pop SDCard into device, Activate bootloader and it will load back your device to 1.66 stock condition.
3. HSPL your device again using HSPL3.
4. Upgrade your radio to whatever your liking (e.g 2.15 etc)
5. Flash any 3.14 custom ROM avaialble at this wonderful site.

Finally got an answer, so HSPL only not recommended for stock 3.14 ROM, but for custom ROM it's doesn't matter. Then we should use SSPL to flash this custom ROM right?

The only problem using SSPL is that you cant flash radio and you cant do task 29
As suggested in forums, you have to do task 29 before flashing rom in order to clean up the memory. If you use SSPL, you cant do that. So there is possibility that you will find bug(s) originating from previous rom.
Cheers...

Firstly, 2.08.0000 is NOT hspl, it is a stock spl version. You need to select 2.08.hspl when running HSPL3. To flash a new radio there is no need to install the whole rom, just download and flash the radio. Click on the link in my signature for my radio and there are plenty of standalone radio roms there. Flash the same way as a rom (as long as you have hspl installed).
If you are wanting to go Android don't install 3.14, just do the abovementioned items. If you really do want to go stock 3.14 rom, then you can do this once hspl is installed BUT it is not recommended and it is better to use the Goldcard method.

Ow i see, thank you for your clear explanation Mas, yes when we had HSPL then we can play a lot and it's a must to use task29. My misunderstanding too, if we flash HSPL then we could flash any ROMs, so we don't need SSPL. But still HSPL was not recommended for 3.14 stock ROM. I hope my conclusion is right.
Thank You

Thanks a lot !! Could you tell me how to instal stock 3.14 step by step ? I feel green in this topic
Stock 3.14 ROM won't be a good idea. There are many beautiful ROMs over there which give you the freedom to enjoy 576MB of RAM with proper radio versions. Stock is no good.. Be careful of what radio version you have while flashing ROMs as incompatible radio may prevent the phone from booting. Before installing android, check the compatible radio versions and install one before doing anything Check this for more info step by step http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=732380
Thanks, but i want install stoc rom 3.14 and i don't know how to do it because i have spl 2.08.0000 instaled via HSPL3. Someone can help me ? I don't wanna install android or any costum rom. Please help... i need stock rom 3.14
Okay! Download the 3.14 ROM from correct HTC website for your country. Once downloaded, open with WinRAR and extract RUU_signed.nbh to any folder. Rename it to LEOIMG.nbh and copy it to the root of your memory card. Make sure your memory card is formatted with FAT32 partition method. Insert the card in your phone (while phone is switched off) and hold the 'Volume down' button. Press power button while the Vol down button is pressed. Your phone will enter bootloader and you'll be able to flash the ROM. By this method, even if you have HSPL installed, it will be overwritten by stock SPL 3.03
Happy flashing! Dont forget to backup your personal data!

Will you make your mind up. Firstly you wanted Android installed, then it was 3.14 custom or stock and now it is only 3.14 Stock ROM.
Thankfully you have the SPL of 2.08.0000, which means that HSPL has been removed.
Go to HTC's website and download the 3.14 ROM with your phone's serial number. If you are allowed to download the file, then there should be no problem in running it from your PC. If you get a 'you are not allowed to download this file', then you have to use the GoldCard method.

Just find the original stock ROM from your aria/branded device. And install it.
There are some stock Rom's here: link
For example if you're stock ROM is now the 3.14.405.2 the older one for the same aria is: 1.66.405.2

Just simply find the correct stock rom (the older stock rom version), download it, connect your phone to PC using active sync or window mobile device center, run the downloaded file. That's it

Have you installed the LEO70 ROM yet?
While in MAGLDR screen, select "USB Flasher" (to select, you can use volume button, and to confirm you can use the Green button/the phone call button), then RUN the LEO70ROM from your PC (while connected with your PC).
READ THE FOLLOWING THREAD (AT LEAST POST NO.1) FOR THE DETAILS PROCEDURE :

not sure if you are tmous tho you may want to start with your shipped or test masd 2.02 rom
As far I can remember, all tutorials said that hspl can be just "uninstalled".
The only way to get rid of hspl (and maglr at once) is to flash original rom
BUT FROM SD CARD.
Tutorial how to do that is in the "sticky" (third sticky in this subforum) section.
or better still, finish the process you started. . . apply a rom.
you cant just "apply hspl, apply magldr" and then stop, you gotta enter magldr and flash a wp7/android rom.
also, if you still have the original radio that shipped with your phone, it wont be high enough version to work.
enter bootloader and flash something like radio 2.11.50.x or higher.
This is not an error or fault at all, just plain user failure.
Did you try to flash stock rom? If activesync is not allowing it, then you can try it booting your phone in boot loader mode. But make sure you flash stock rom only.
Alternately you can flash via sd as mentioned by "rtomakov"

Flashing stock rom via usb wont remove hspl!
so dear, you need to know this first...magldr will install in rom replacing your wm6.5......so after you do that you need a nand android build or wp7 to use with magldr or if you want wm 6.5, no need to remove hspl, just reflash the stock 1.48 wwe rom for india...search for that in the forum...this will replace the magldr..........just be sure not to flash the new stock 3.14 wwe rom over hspl..it will produce incompatibilities like small memory....if you want 3.14 rom, first flash stock 1.48 wwe, and then using hspl, uninstall hspl (select 1.42spl )...then install 3.14 wwe rom (be sure to flash india specific roms)

Yes a Official ROM will revert SPL but it will only do this if you flash it via SD card it will not revert HSPL if you flash it via USB.

Dear T-macgnolia,
A have flashed my device via USB under bootloader mode and I got the original spl back.
-------------------
isark, if you choose reverting OSPL via SD method, make sure that you have formated your SD card as FAT32.
Regards,
N

I am not trying to discredit you nbee but educate you. if you flashed a official ROM via USB and had SPL and not HSPL then you must have never had HSPL in the first place as that is one of the reasons for having HSPL. HSPL stands for Hard Secondary Program Loader. The Hard means that it will not get overwritten with SPL (Secondary Program Loader) when flashing, and I quote this straight from the HSPL thread.
- This HSPL will not get overwritten when flashing a full NBH with SPL via RUU.

Hear is a link to the thread if you want to visit it. Also visit my guide I have linked in my sig to get a more complete understanding of SPL and HSPL. The reason why flashing via SD card does overwrite HSPL is you are not using a ROM update utility(RUU) you are using the HD2 itself to flash the ROM and HD2 is only programed to flash everything included in the .nbh file. When you use the ROM update utility it checks your phone first to see what set parameters/protocols matches you HD2 then flashes only what checks out and matches these parameters/protocols. Hope this helps you underrstand why I said to flash via SD card.
Cheers

Hi T-Macgnolia,
You are absolutely right, and really sorry for misunderstanding some basic facts. I have flashed more than one ROMs during last weeks. I tried to call back my remembrances, and I get in the swing of that I have re flashed original ROM with one another original ones. So in fact OSPL was rewritten with an OSPL.
My fault.
Dear isark, the right choose is SD flash as Hi T-Macgnolia said
Have a nice day and thanks for clarifying my mistakes
