Boot - ,,Recipe Failure" - Motorola Droid RAZR

I have Motorola Droid Razr XT910 and by RSD I did an update from ICS 4.0.4. to JB 4.1.2. and I decided I want to go back to GB 2.3.5. or 2.3.6. because of the battery life, what is now on JB really short, but I failed of course, so I'm stuck in AP Fastboot mode every time I want to turn my phone on, It will show me this:
Code:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S) (Recipe Failure)
0A.77
eMMC Info: Size 16G
To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0
And phone is stuck in it, so I need to turn it off, and then power button + vol up + vol down and go through the normal powerup. I have tried another JellyBeans but the problem is in bootloader. I saw here on xda one post telling me I have to flash the radio - I did that about 100 times and I failed... I flashed radio (empty radio) and then in recovery did a wipe data and cache - when i go to recovery after flashing radio, phone will start loading something, maybe the radio, BUT! When it's done, phone will again show me recipe failure...I think I need to unlock bootloader to do a full wipe data and everything, and again start from over. I saw about milion posts here about this problem but with no result... Someone please help me

You can't unlock bootloader, unfortunately no one can.
Did you try to flash JB with RSD Lite again?

Yes, I did. I tried to first delete cache and everything and then flash new JB, or just flash it, or flash and then delete cache and data.

What do you mean "delete cache"?
Here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2231289 are the JB Fastboot files
Here https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/42057363/RSDLite_v6.1.x.zip is RSD Lite 6.1.5
Here https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/88481/action/auth are the Motorola drivers
Install drivers,install RSD Lite
Start RSD Lite, click on 3 dots next to empty bar, find JB Fastboot file that you downloaded, click open and then "decompress only"
When program finish that, shut the phone off, press vol- vol+ and power button, choose AP Fastboot, connect the phone with usb cable to the computer, wait a program to recognize the phone and then press start in RSD Lite.

I also have the recipe failure and have tried all of these steps (and many others) to try and fix the "recipe failure" at boot.

[Q] Help regarding rooting please

I have a strange situation with my Razr XT910, let me explain to you guys and please tell me what to do:
1- My Razr was on 2.3.6
2- I rooted it, but I cannot remember which method as I tried many ways and cannot really remember which one succeeded.
3- After rooting I flashed a 4.0.4 AOKP-GSM-J.Y.Daddy rom
4- I have several issues with the rom so I want to install another rom, so I tried Eternity project rom. It didn't work and gives me message "Installation aborted", so I gave up.
5- Decided to go back to stock rom, so downloaded the right SBF and RSD lite.
6- I put the USB debugging on
7- I turned my phone off and go to boot loader mod by holding Volume +/- and power buttons and go to SBF flash, connect the USB cable and hear the notification sound from my laptop. No message received from the PC saying installing device. Receive message from RSD USB connected and one clicked show device it gives everything N/A
8- Uncompressed the SBF and pressed start. Then process FAIL
9- Now, tried to turn the phone on, I have to go to to Fastboot mode and press power long then screen goes off. Then I press volume +/- with power again to go to bootloader mode then choose normal reboot to turn my phone back.
10- Tried the above steps over than 30 times for 2 days. Suddenly I discovered that my phone is unrooted when I tried to install any app requires rooting such as Titanium.
My ICS works fine with some bugs, I still wants to go back.
Can any one help me, I explained everything I'm going through.
Appreciated.

Thanks dear, that's exactly what I did 30 times and I keep getting same message on RSD "FAIL"
Now I tried this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1486718
and choose # 1 restore EU GSM and I was stuck in a boot loading loop.
Any time I try an option with my phone I go to this screen:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (s) (Flash Failure)
OA.GC
To return to normal mode-first press power key to power down
Device is LOCKED. Status Code:0
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable

I forced it to close then it was booted to a screen (not CWmod) which enabled me to wipe the data and restore factory sittings and it worked. Now the phone like brand new and I installed the update to 2.3.6

Did I brick my Photon??

My photon is stuck in a loop while booting thru the initial Motorola splash screen. Here is what happened:
- was running MIUI v4 by Th3Bill (standard install)
- wanted to upgrade and during that change to the Aroma installer
- did a factory reset (full, had USB debugging enabled. After the factory reset it booted back into "virgin" MIUI
- used RSDlite to flash 154_5 sfb, all seemed well (had "repaired" Motorola drivers before)
- removed battery, let sit for a minute or so, inserted, turned on and got the Motorola splash screen loop.
- I am able to get into RSD mode, so I tried installing 198_7 sfb, with same result.
- went into Fastboor, select Android Recovery: it gives me a screen with the Android robot and a little attention sign
Where to go from here?? Please help!
BTW, am a bit new to this ... if you could please elaborate on your advice a bit. Thanks :fingers-crossed:
Well you could go into fastboot. Erase system then enter rsd and flash your sbf. Or unlock via rsd install cwm via fastboot enter cwm format system data and cache then rsd and flash sbf.

Thanks!
What option in fastboot allows me to erase the system, I have
NvFlash
BP HW Bypass RSD
BP HW Bypass QC DLOAD
BP HW Diag & Boot AP
BP HW Bypass BP Only
BP SW Bypass RSD
Android Recovery (Note: which isn't working anymore)
Boot Android (No BP)
Device UID
console=tty50,115200n8
Early USB enumeration
BP Tools
RSD
And once I get there is there a sub-menu or commands I need to use?
I'm gonna have to try this tonight EST after work, and will report back (or ask more q's). Thanks so much for your help!
You have to use moto-fastboot on the pc while the phone is in fastboot mode.

You may also try one more route.
After getting into Android Recovery, when you see the Android with the yellow triangle, press Vol Up and Vol Dn at the same time. You will get options. Wipe data & cache. You should be able to boot up fine after that.

Are you talking abiout the method "Relocking without Full SBF flash" described in the Lokifish Marz Photon Compendum?
If so is the file stock_recovery.smg part of the Moto-Fastboot installation, or where can I find it? The link provided at the2dcour's [PUDDING] Photon/Electrify Pudding bootloader unlock post is dead
I found the nopudding4u.sbf file in the Shabbypengiun post on ACS.
Thanks!

That worked!! You saved my sorry butt, thank you so much!!
Edit: I just tried to get into Android Recovery and realized i still get the yellow triangle warning. Does this mean I lost Stock Recovery? What to do? Can i get it back when flashing 154_5 again? I might need it if I take the phone to Sprint for any repairs later on. BTW: the phone boots and functions fine otherwise except I can't get unlocked.
Thoughts?

Help :( , XT910 Brick after updating with CM ?

Good day all to you
I have the moto xt910, until this morning it was fine with 4.0.4 .
I downloaded 4.4.2 + gapps for it and prepared for updating. The xt910 is rooted, i backuped anything, i put CWM on it and then i began to boot into recovery mode. I backuped again and then did the steps I was adviced to: Wipe data/factory reset - wipe cache and then wipe dalvik cache.
After that I installed cm11 on it - everything was fine. then i needed to install the gapps stuff. i recognized i did not have it on my external sd-card so i put it the card out of the xt910 and copied that .zip from my pc to the sd-card. I put back the sd-card into the xt910, waited a minute and tried to access on it again to install gapps.... The Bootloader stucked, couldnt do anything at all, it disappeared. only option was "power+volumedown".
After this i just get the "moto logo-dualcore" sign for 10seconds, screen goes black and thats it - nothing happens.
Pressing power button - nothing happens at all. Pressing power+volumedown, the logo appears and screen goes black again, no bootloader or anything else (the screen looks like it is slightly lighted in black but absolutely nothing to do).
When i press power+volumedown and i release power when the screen flickers but still holding volumedown, it appears white font saying this:
"AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S) 0A.74 - eMMC Info: Size 16G - To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down - Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0 - Battery OK, OK to Program, Connect USB, Data Cable"
I can press power, it goes off, I can press power, logo appears, still stuck in the same again as before . When connecting with usb it tries to install drivers, but it doesnt found anything ( Usb Driver is ok, all others failed to install)
Is the phone dead or can I somehow reset it again or make it work again?
Thanks to everyone and hope for your answers and help

Thanks for your help,
I already tried RSD Lite but it doesnt recognize the phone. How am I gonna do that?
I installed motorola device manager and it shows 4/5 driver ready. The one that wont work is "MTB-USB Driver"
Klicking on Motorola Device Manager it just tries to update but dont find anything, it says "Current Version: N/A"
(I havent seen those drivers before, when the phone worked the drivers were called somewhat else on computer)

Try other usb port.
Turn of the phone, then turn it on,while it´s connected to usb.
If that doesn´t work, deinstall all motorola drivers, restart laptop (computer) and install them again.
And you must press vol- vol+ and power button to get to the AP Fasboot mode.
