Can this link be correct?

SAR US 1.58 W/kg (head) 1.34 W/kg (body)
SAR EU 0.33 W/kg (head) 0.59 W/kg (body)
Is this 1.58 and 1.34 for all US carriers? Seems like a big jump from the European rating. Can anyone verify by the pamphlet that came with their phone?
Does anyone know if these specs are correct?
Probably different units of measurement
Seems very high for US. Almost at the max...

Is there a place to change the Frequency setting of the O2 XDA so it can pickup North American Networks eg 900/1900 Mhz.
No.
O2 devices are all 900/1800 units PW10A and will not work in the USA. Only PW10B units are 900/1900.
The Bootloader is common between the two different hardware types.
the best radio for good gsm reception? please help?
There's no real answer because signal reception depends on your used ROM, your Provider and your country! So the best way to let it know is to test all Radios by yourself!
Also, the type/age of ROM will have minimum or maximum radio restrictions.
it depends on model and country.
Radio from niki200 works very badly on my niki100.
Also radio from my niki100 works very badly on niki200
The official HTC Radio 1.65.28.25 is working great in many countries
I was wondering if there is any difference in HTC S740 and HTC S743? or is it one of those marketing scheme. S740 for Europe and S743 for USA?
When I go to www.gsmarena.com and type HTC S743, it shows the specifications for HTC S740.
Can someone please let me know? Thank you and I appreciate your time.
I think that the s743 does not have radio, but I'm not so sure about that.
Yes, FM radio is one. MAJOR difference is in support of different 3G networks frequencies - models with american band (900/2100 MHz) are usually introduced few months later after European versions working on 850/1900 MHz.
Using other words - European version will work in US but without broadband support and vice-versa.

The Bands are backwards
850/1900 are USA
900/2100 are Europe
Oops... ;-) You're right.
how aboun an s743 in europe?is it going to work?
I heard the htc hero passed the fcc with 850/1900 3g bands.
There is a retailer claiming that they have this version, but can anyone confirm if they are correct?
What retailer? I am very, very curious!
they confirmed that it didnt have the bands. Darn.

Hi,
can anyone look into manual and tell me what is the SAR value of Moto E (2015 4G/LTE European version), please ?
I canĀ“t find it on the internet.
Thank you very much!
I have the US LTE variant (X1527) and the SAR values are:
Head SAR: LTE B7,WiFi,Bluetooth 1.20W/kg
Body-worn SAR: LTE B7,WiFi,Bluetooth 0.98 W/kg
If you don't mind why are you interested in this? I have never heard of it until you asked and I looked through the manual
