I have a Doogee nova y100x for 2 months. It worked perfectly in the beginning but now it keeps freezing and has problems with turning back on.
Sometimes it freezes in an application and then none of the apps will turn on. Just a blank screen. If I try to restart or turn it off, it turns off but won't turn back on. Sometimes while the screen is black and it supposed to be turned off if tap the screen it will steel buzz.
When I remove the battery and put it back, after turning back on it won't turn on my SIM card. And sometimes doesn't get my sd card.
And sometimes it will just simply froze and do nothing.
I tried to reset it, didn't help.
What could I do with it? :crying:
Thank you for your answer!!!
I would use a factory reset. If that doesn´t help I guess you will have to RMA it.

I had almost the same problems with my DOOGEE and I just wanted to smash it into a wall, or you can consider to carry the phone in for service if your warranty is still valid

I have a weird issue with the screen. Sometimes while using the screen just goes black. The device is still on, i can hear music or video playing but can't interact with the device. Only way to fix it is to press the power button to turn off the screen and turn it on again.

How to bypass "configuring your phone" screen after fresh boot
Are you referring to a fresh flash boot? Or a typical reboot? More detail would be nice.
Just press thus button combos
Volume up >volume down>home>back
By doing this it will give you option to skip phone configuration.
My lg stylo 3 wont go past configuring your phone screen after hard reset.

There was nothing there that could help me. Please do help me with my problem. I just bought the phone and did a lot of work on it. Replaced digitizer and lcd. I hard reset it to erase my friends accounts and info cause he didn't want them on there if I had the phone. I did but now it goes past WiFi page but won't go past "configuring your phone" screen. I was even patient and waited an hour and a half almost 2 hours. Please help.
Hello everyone I recently got the LG Lucky and foolishly set up my lock screen before bed one night and forget my pin. Also I hadn't set up any google accounts so bypassing the lockscreen is seeming impossible.
I don't have USB debugging enabled and I for the life of me cannot find how to factory reset it or another problem of getting back into my phone. If anyone knows a solution I'd be forever grateful.
Found a solution
After talking with tech support they told me how to do a hard reset. While the device is off hold volume down and the power button. Once the LG logo comes up release the power button then immediately hold it again
You're the man
Thank you much for this, had a friend in distress and you saved the day. Cheers!
thanks been wanting to know how to do this since i got mine thank you thank you thank you
i am having the exact same problem i was on the phone with trac fone and no help if anyone knows i would really appreciae it:

factory data reset is disabled by Kill switch this is the message i get when i try to reset and i keep getting the screen with the pier and emergency call press and hold
box what does factory data reset is disabled by kill switch????? any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm getting the same kill switch note pop up!! What do I do?? I can't get into settings because accessibility is somehow turned on too
U must disable McAfee s lock. When u register your phone with McAfee it automatically turns on the option to disable resets to detour theft. Turn that off (hopefully u didn't forget your 6 pin password) then u can reset your phone. I had to do the reset with the boot up reset feature
How do I get into McAfee to turn it off if I cannot get into my phone?
Hi there,
My LG V10 finger print sensor has not been functioning lately, whenever i try to unlock the device using my fingerprint, it keeps showing the message " Cover the power key with your finger! ", and it never unlocks, when i go to register my fingerprint, it doesn't work either, but SOMETIMES it works if i push the power button harder and it takes more than 3 minutes to register my fingerprint 100%!
Anybody knows if this is a hardware malfunction or a software bug?
I have tried a factory reset, nothing happened!
Thank you all in advance!
If it is in a case it could be having this issue. There was a software update that fixed it for my Verizon V10. Try with out the case.
hmmm.same with me, on MM. is it not working? pressing power key would give me a prompt that i need to press slowly though.huhu

im having the same issue
same thing here but my started after marshmallow update, i have to wiggle the button with my finger and than it registers. and no its not a case issue. im guessing its the hardware issue.
hmmmm... just wiggling and it worked? we do have the same issue dude
so its fixed or not at MM update?
Mine stopped, I reported to LG, they me send it in and they fixed it. Took about a week
send in repair
hi. After you got the phone back from LG, did the fix last? cause I'm wondering is it just a matter of replacing the fingerprint sensor itself or if it was a software issue which I believe. Because the problem I'm having is that it just doesn't offer the option to open the phone up with the fingerprint scanner but when it does it scans fine although half of the time I have to enter a pin which defeats the purpose of me having the fingerprint scanner. It's like it's being turned off and on or something.

My Verizon Galaxy S9+ was updated yesterday morning to G965USQS2ARF4 and yesterday started rebooting when wifi disconnected (had a power outage). It was recreated if I turned wifi off and on. Today I did a factory reset and it seemed to be OK but a few hours later it started doing it again. I booted into safe mode and turned off wifi and back on and it still restarted while in Safe Mode. My girlfriend updated this morning and hasn't had it happen.
Has anyone else experienced this and what would be the next step?
Same problem
Hello,
I am writing to tell you that I am to having the same problem since updating to the most recent Verizon security update. Everytime wifi is turned off, my Galaxy s9+ restarts suddenly. I have not tired a factory reset. I am hoping by now Verizon knows about this major bug.
Justin
I haven't had this issue. Have you tried reflashing the software through smart switch on a computer? And does it do this when your WiFi is on but you leave the network? Or is it just when the WiFi is turned on/off?
Same Issue also
I'm having the same exact issue. Has anybody found a solution yet?
Same issue here.
Same for 1 of 2 S9's my note 8 and one of two S7's !!! WTF?
---------- Post added at 11:20 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:42 PM ----------
I was searching when I found this thread. I then searched on Note 8 with the same issue and found what worked for me.
It said to go in to manage wifi connections and delete all the wifi connections. I had a ton and realized that google put them there when I connected it to my google account. I didnt actually delete my home one or some of the ones I knew I used but I did delete about 20 hotel wifi's or business wifi's that I had connected to in the past.
Voila.... no more reboot on wifi turn off. I think that explains why a wipe fixes it but 20 minutes later it does it again. The settings are restored by google.
