The L in the front bottom LG logo fell off. Has anyone had this happen to their V10? Not a major issue but a disappointment nonethless
No but I'll be sure to wipe gently on the bottom part of the phone next time after reading this.

VS990. It's indented but if you look closely the letters and emblem are stickers

While rubbing my finger across the Verizon logo I can feel it protrudes.. I feel like this can be rubbed or gently scratched off.. Has anyone given it a go yet?
never mind after closer examination I can now tell it is etched... damit

I am thankful I got the grey version, it's barely noticeable. The white it stands out like Mike Tysons tattoo.

lol Well there is this as an option for the white one, although $7 seems rather high for a vinyl sticker

Yeah, I have white and it's pretty annoying. My button even looks like it's a bit twisted, and isn't lined up properly. I'll probably try and take care of covering it with something myself instead of buying a sticker. The white of the button is even more white than the rest of the phone.

Does that mean that you can't remove it with some nail polish remover?

Nope. Etched means it's physically carved into the button. You aren't getting that off.

Since it's etched INTO the button.. meaning the words Verizon and their dumb logo is basically cut into it.. so no, applying all the nailpolish remover in the world will not do what we'd like.
I'm also bothered by the illusion that the whole damn thing is crooked! lol I have tried to turn the key a bit to see if there's slop..
I have white also and while it's a little annoying at first, I'll live with it.
its a little tiring but I will wait for other solutions which are sure to come soon

i'd like to mention i dont think the gray is etched in. I compared both phones and my nails dont get caught in the gray one like the white does. THis could be because the button is painted. I dont really want to gamble this theory with nail polish remover tho or non-acetone chemical.
The logo on the button isn't a big deal to me....thought I would hate it, but nah.

HA! 10 FREAKING DOLLARS...... for those little slices?
Hi all,
I was just out with my G Watch and knocked it on my leg as my dog pulled my hand backwards. The strap came off the watch face at both the top and bottom and the face fell to the floor, cracking the screen.
I'll call LG escalation services team in the morning to see if they are aware of this problem (I doubt it, or at least I doubt they'll admit it) but I'll keep people updated here.
Anyone else had similar problems?
No, my dog is well behaved.

LG won't do anything, but Google will replace the watch free of charge.

Was it compressed in any way? Does it look like a thumbprint? Honestly, if you have no warranty I think you're screwed. Front assemblies are @$90 on eBay:

Hey guys,
I just received my new Samsung Galaxy s9 Plus and I have realised that my device is faulty. But I really don’t know if I should just let it be, or ask for my device to be exchanged.
So basically on the screen there is two lines which are visible only when the device is turned fully off or when always on display is showing on the phone.
Do you think I’m being to picky?
Do you think the issue wold get worse over time?
Has anyone else had this issue before on the s9 Plus?
Do you think it’s the coating on the phone that is the issue?
Ps the screen is not cracked, does not have any dead pixels etc.
it would be helpful if you could post a couple of photos of the screen so that we can see if there's really an issue or not.
but if it really is a issue, i would bring it back immediately for a exchange especially given how much the phone cost

Same here. I post one photo of my s9+. Check & confirm.
I've contacted samsung, I will let you know the end result.
Erm, are you sure that isn't the thin tape that runs down the edge of your screen protector!?

I have the same lines. It's at the very edge of both sides of the screen. It's almost as if you can see the touch layer.
Just a quick update, I spoke to Samsung and they said it’s the first they heard of the problem, currently it’s been escalated to a higher department, I’m going to receive a call back today, I’ll update you with anymore info,
Ps can everyone contact them who are also Having this issue as it will only help with making the case stronger as a whole.
What screen protector are you using? Mine is the bodyguardz glass one.
I don’t have any screen protector on the device. The situation is so stressful, it had to happen to me lol

After more research and a closer inspection I do believe it is the adhesive at the edge of my screen. I also found pics of other people discussing this issue with zagg cases. This is my first curved screen so I was unaware of how they curved tgsp worked.
Thanks Chris.

I haven't been having much luck myself. Two devices with terrible lens flare and one with black splotches showing on the screen.

Quick update, Samsung was willing to replace the device under warranty, however I decided to cancel my contract and wait for the note 9.
I dropped my phone on a hard surface and now my screen is black. Any suggestions?

The oled underneath the digitizer more than likely is broke. Screen replacement is gonna be what your looking for. Might shine a flashlight across the screen and look close for a crack under the digitizer
hello i have the oneplus 7t pro if I put a little strong on the screen left et down I listen a noise if the screen was broken.i have not screen protector, never fell down.i listen this noise only if i put strong, the screen work fine
I have the same issue, seems like when you detach an adhesive glass or when you remove the first protective film during unboxing.
