Try these drivers bro.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/19309495/x10_2.3.3_adb_drviers.zip
or read through some of these threads...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/search.php?searchid=93383202
I normally just install SEUS/PC Companion and that installs all necessary drivers for me. I then check to see if they're installed by the 'check drivers' option in the help menu.

And by 'help menu' I meant flashtool's help menu.

Lenovo A806 bootloader issue

Hi everyone,
I bought Lenovo A806 from china and wanted to clear the android so I flashed bootloader. After flashing with SP flash tool, phone cannot start.
If I connect it to PC with or without battery, it looks like PC find some device, but in about 30 seconds, it disconnect it and connect again. If I try to flash again, SP tool cannot find the phone.
I don't want to send it to china again, so if someone have any idea, it would be very helpful.
Thank you and Merry Christmas
format again with manual option don't use auto.
same issue

can you elaborate, about addresses ?
I fix it. Try to connect your phone without battery. It will connect with proper drivers (ADB) and you are able to flash bootloader and ROM.
Hey there I'm having the same problem - every time I run flash tool hit download and connect the phone, nothing happens.
I've tried connecting without battery but doesn't seem to make a difference. When phone is on I can connect the phone and is recognised fine but when I turn it off and connect I can hear it connect and then disconnect after 20sec approx.
Please could you give step by step how you got this to work plzzzzzzzz
Thanks

Can you share bootloader file for Lenovo A806. Thanks
You can download it here: http://www.needrom.com/download/vibe-ui-2-0-1508-st-multilanguage-deodex/ or browse roms or bootloaders in parent folder.
Step without battery is simple:
unplug phone from PC
install PC drivers
remove battery
connect with USB to PC
After that you should heart sound indication your phone was recognized by PC and You can install bootloader

Its no use. I got lucky two times while flashing. But it failed halfway through. The thing is as soon as I connect the device and check driver properties it shows device is working but within seconds it reverts to error code 45(device not connected) and phone starts charging. When I disconnect and reconnect same thing happens. #MediaSuck!
I tried it in windows 7 and 10 [YGDP] .
try disabling antivirus and use good quality cables.....win7 is good 4 flashing

Phone bricked, only detected by USB when in fastboot, bootloader locked.

Device isn't detected in flash mode, only is detected by my PC in fastboot mode. I was able to get another handset with the same model number (e5823) to work in flash mode so I think it's a problem specific to this handset. Are there any options for unbricking my phone with fastboot with the bootloader locked? I would prefer to keep it locked because if I can't get it fixed myself I can at least make a warranty claim but if anyone can help me to recover the device using fastboot it would be greatly appreciated.
If fastboot is working, then the phone is unlocked. Fastboot doesn't work without unlocked bootloader. Either way, you should install all drivers (fastboot and flashmode) from flashtool drivers folder and then try flashing a firmware through flashmode. Download a firmware. Select it on flashtool and when flashtool asks you to connect your phone, only then hold the volume down button and connect to pc

When I say that fastboot is working I mean that the device is detected and it appears in my fastboot devices. I still can't flash an image using fastboot. That's as opposed to flash mode which isn't detected at all. Nothing even appears in device manager. I have tried 3 different USB cables on all the USB ports of three computers and it's always the same. I also managed to flash a different handset of the same model number so I'm pretty sure it's a device specific issue, probably hardware related. Thanks for your help though.
If bootloader locked i think u can only flash stock rom\kernel
but im not sure 100% i didnt use flashtool for awhile

Unfortunately I can't even do that Superrman because I can only flash in flash mode if the bootloader is locked. Thanks for your help though.

Thanks. I did think of that but the phone is still under warranty. I have already began the process of making a warranty claim so I'll just wait to see the result of it. Thank you for your help.
Try to power off by pressing the hide pin and connect it in flash mode

Bricked but in a weird way!

My poco has no os installed.
1) Fastboot and twrp booting, but when connected to pc, it shows error : " Usb device not recognised". So both adb and fastboot commands are out of reach.
2) MiFlash is not detecting the device
3) USB otg not detecting in TWRP
Is there any possible way to bring my poco back to life??
have you tried sd card? Are the drivers installed?

Uninstall current drivers and boot into fastboot mode. Connect the phone to pc and make sure you have an intel processor and a usb 2.0 port. Go into device manager and install the drivers from internet. This might solve your driver problem. As said above you can also try sd card.

Try this and if the problem is not solved try another pc or linux. Because no need to install drivers on Linux

Same problem with a new poco f1 on lineageos. What's wrong!
Have you tried a different usb data cable? I'd say this could be a bad cable, bad daughter board or a bad main board (micro crack). Had a redmi note 3 that didn't recognize sd cards at all for 2-3 years, it died abruptly a month ago. Have you tried a service center/repair shop?
