Welcome,
I have problem with my LG V10 - it''s charging with only 0.64A and 7,56V. Where is the file that allows phone to get more intensity and voltage?

Hi guys, anyone knows how to modify the actual value temperature alert popup (currently 45°C) in a MT65xx CPU based phone.
I have this issue because during the recharge of the phone my temps will reach about 40-45°C and I receive the alert.
Regards

My advice is don't use your phone while charging. Till 45° hm..can pass, but over 50° don't risk specially if you have lithium polymer battery

Tnx for the advice, in the rear of the battery (Li-Ion) there is an alert advice to do not exceed 60°C to avoid damages and explosions.
Unfortunatly, when I'm in car and use the navigation plus GPS/3G info data, I need to attach the 12v plug to avoid battery drain.

HOX+ even when on brightness 100% does not allow for comfortable reading in direct sunlight. (compared to the iphone, HOX+ is a joke). Is there a way to increase the brightness past 100% ? On the HOX for instance, i used Jotha's Advanced power menu with autobrightness; when flashing APM pure (meaning without autobrightness patch) my screen lights up drastically and allows for direct sunlight reading.
Jotha's MOD has some issue on the HOX+ so I do not want to use it
Any ideas on how to improve ?
thx

Are you using power saver function? If yes, turn off brightness option from it because it reduces maximum brightness down..

You might have a screen protector that covers the light sensor, try getting an anti glare, matte screen protector, they reduce reflections and make outdoor viewing just that little bit easier, also make sure it has cut outs for the sensors, I think the Seido one does but not sure. It might also just be a software flaw, try using Lumos from google play, it adjust brightness way more effectively than stock auto brightness and can even vary the brightness of the buttons to different situations.

Hello everyone, this thread seems very appropriate for my problem.
So last night I woke up at 6 am and removed my device from the power source and took it in my hand only to see that it was burning-hot.
I usually play nfs no limits and it gets warm but this was very different, it must've been 80*+ because I couldn't even touch it because of the high temperature.
The device is Oneplus' X.
It's rooted and the bootloader is unlocked. I'm on cm12.1 with xposed and many battery saving modules are enabled such as power nap and greenify.
What troubles me is the fact that it should've switched off by itself but it didn't, I had to do it switch it off manually even though critically high temperature was reached.
That's very dangerous because if the cpu burns, fire will erupt and the bed will catch it and then who knows what'll happen.
So I was wondering if there's any trick or any app which automatically switches off the device after it reaches a pre defined temperature?
I've already enabled one of the temperature throttle in kernel adiutor (lol).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a (new to me) G3 with a question. I can't seem to get the phone battery level widget working on my Asus Zenwatch.
I had a G2 paired with the watch and the watch always correctly displayed the phone battery level.
Is there some obscure setting for turning on the G3 battery level transmission to the watch via bluetooth?
Got the phone yesterday. Brightness is good enough for indoor use but in the sun its quite hard to see anything. Even when i put it on max brightness.(Tried with Auto adjust both ON and OFF). The phone overall behaves as if the battery saver is ON(Its off in the settings.). Touches dont register a vibration feedback. No animations whatsoever and the brightness is quite low. But when i plug in the phone, everythings good.
P.S Phone has the latest updates.(Issue existed before and after the update.)
