installing TWRP on a newer MTK 6582 tablet ... - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a newer 10.1" Chinese tablet, a Jlinksz ZH960 tablet, that I am having a problem trying to see whither or not it has a bootloader or not... I can't use fastboot to load the newest TWRP..., I did use MTK to create a scatter txt file... I guess I'm still too ignorant of the process to open up this thing... Not sure what to do next..?
Any helpers out there for MT65XX processor..?

Often unscrupulous manufacturers will fake the CPU version on the phone. Making it show MTK6589, or MTK6592, when in reality the phone is a MTK6577 or MTK6575. MTK Droid Tools will tell you in the front page your phone's true SoC. It will also tell you your phone's LCD driver IC and uboot build V, as well as common information such as baseband version and kernel version.

Please check if you have the proper drivers installed and that no other drivers conflict with the connection. your phone should be detectable by flash tool even after full format and hardest of brickings.
Do you have backup of your rom? (I mean files like lk or uboot, system, secro, preloader, boot, etc?)
Have you made scatter file?
Was your phone "Made in Korea"? (I'm asking because if yes then we may help eachother with bricked phones)

Acer b1 a71 stock rom with scatter file

i bricked my acer b1 a71 trying to install twrp. after flashing it successfully and went to reboot . it just showed ther acer logo then blank screen. i tried going to recovery but was just able to go to the first part where you have three choices sd image update mode flashboot mode and clean boot. i tried all three and just acer logo then blank screen. tried the reset pin on the side but still nothing. i read and study all tutorials there is and it all boils down to having a stock rom. now i"ve searched and searched the entire net and i was able to get two stock roms but i dont know if it is okay or not because when i use the scatter file on sp flash tools it says scatter file error or format error i tried to rename it but till error. i used every version of sp flash tools and still scatter file error. so i dont know if those roms are legit or not. also my laptop is 64 bit. i read somewhere that mtk6577 is not supported by 64 bit. the mtk on the specs of acer is mtk8317t but it is also recognized as mtk6577 and that is also what mtk droid tools showed. can anybody please help me here. i know xda has helped a lot of peole and im hoping that i can be also one of them. thanks a lot in advance.

Hi folks, have you been able to solve this problem? I have the same problem with the same device, and cannot find the correct ROM. Thank you.
@mijailballack
the device in question is based on a MediaTek chip, hence you have to use SP flash tool made by MediaTek Inc. to flash and to use the USB-driver offered by MediaTek.

[Q] Where can I find recovery.img ?

Hello
I own a brand new Condor Allure M3 shipped with Android 8.1 (It has project treble). It has 4GB RAM and has a Mediatek Helio P60 (MTK6358) CPU. It is not rooted. The bootloader is unlocked too. I'm wanting to install TWRP on it, so I'm searching to get the recovery.img. I searched on Google how to do it and it asks to use adb and to make "cat /proc/mtd". After doing that, the file does show nothing, only the size etc... thing, so I don't know how to extract it.
I read that there is a way to root devices using MediaTek CPU, and I also read about Project Treble (my phone does have it).
Please help me installing TWRP or rooting it, it will be a big step.
Thanks !
UP please
