Can't unpair Bluetooth - LG V30 Questions & Answers

So I bought a Ticwatch 2 the other day
It stopped receiving notifications this morning, and so I decided to try resetting it and starting fresh.
I reset the watch, so it needs to be set up again, but it is still showing on my Bluetooth list. If i hit unpair on bluetooth, it just automatically pairs with the watch again. So I am now stuck in a loop of not being able to set up as the watch isn't reflecting it is connected to the phone, the app on the phone shows it isnt paired, but Android says it is connected and I can not possibly disconnect it.
I have tried clearing bluetooth cache and restarting the phone, and it always just connects right away.
Is there a way to force the phone to stop recognizing a bluetooth device?

Reset network settings ... gonna erase all BT/Wifi etc ....

I would say that or just rename it and then try to unpair the watch if it keeps trying to connect

[Q] Bluetooth Help...

I got my original TB on release day and everything has worked fine with BT pairing and connecting to my 2007 Audi A3. My phone then ran down the stairs without me and used insurance to get a new phone from Asurion. Everything seems to be the same on this phone, but BT will not connect to my car. I have tried everything from changing my syncs, deleting FB, un-pairing and then re-pairing and everything else I could find doing searches on here and google. Has something in the hardware changed in the more recent phones? I am beyond frustrated!
When I try to go to settings on the TB, I can get to the options page and the "phone" option is checked but the "connect" option is unchecked. If I try to check the "connect" option, it tries to connect and then is dropped again. I can also uncheck the "phone" option, but clicking on the "connect" option checks both boxes, tries to connect again, and then BT is dropped once again. Any ideas???

Paired but not paired!

My phone used to be paired with my G watch, but after some problems, I decided to factory reset my watch and pair anew. till then it does not happen. at 1st my phone recognizes the watch and the code appears and I push the "pair" button, and it says "paired!", after that on my watch appears "updating" and then "syncing" but it takes a long time. For the android wear, the "updating" is on the screen the whole time, and when finished, nothing has happened and the watch isn't paired. I updated my andoird wear, cleaned its casch but no success. I've tried several times. My phone is htc e9 with lolipop, so is my G watch, with lolipop.
what should I do? some guy told me to update my watch, but it is not possibble as no network with unpaired phone. I also tried connecting the watch to pc and update it from there, bụt pc doesnt recognize the watch. help me please.
Try to reinstall the Android Wear app and sync the watch, it could probably fix the problem.

watch app pairing issue

Hi,
I had the watch paired with my android phone and was using Amazfit Watch app to sync.
I have accidentally removed the saved Pace entry in bluetooth settings of my android phone. Now in the phone, i am unable to see the watch in the bluetooth devices list and hence unable to connect.
I tried rescanning the QR code entry shown in the phone but nothing worked.
Is there anything that i can try to make the watch bluetooth visible to near by devices?
Thanks,
Yuvaraj
Solved:
---------
I had to factory reset my phone and install the latest firmware.
I immediately got the pairing request in my phone and was able to pair with watch.
Thanks,
Yuvaraj

Amazfit BIP A1608 seems to be bricked - How to fix?

Recently my Amazfit BIP automatically updated and it stoped being able to connect via bluetooth.
So I tried to reset to factory settings and now the Amazfit is frozen an its screen only shows the icon of connecting the watch to the smartphone, and it's not possible to stop this process.
I've tried to use different apps to connect and although they can find the watch, they are unable to connect.
Have anyone faced a similar situation?
Wait till it drains out en then start it up again. U should see the pair to device icon
