Found Fix
On eBay there is a guy who will connect to your PC remotely and fix it. I had this done 2 weeks ago, worked perfectly. Costs $35.

Can you boot into recovery ? If you can, you'll have to do a factory reset.

LG G watch wont boot and shows as HS-USB QDloader 9008 mode on computer

I am new to this forum but have very high hopes that someone with more technical skills will be able to help me with my LG G watch
To start , i bought this new LG G watch and did not turn it on for 3 months after purchase , then i tried to run it on and it never came up , left it on charging overnight many times ,tried reset button and all other tricks i could find with help of Mr. Google except opening it .
So i plugged it in laptop USB port and at first it was showing some "Bulk" in device manager but it managed to get drivers automatically and now shows as HS-USB QDloader 9008 in device manager , than i again asked Mr. Google to help and read several forums and tricks and tips about getting device out of this phase using QPST etc. nothing worked so far.
I also tried LG flash tool but that also fails .
now i am here seeking help , anyone have any idea on how to get this device turned on ?
Is there someone who figured this??? Please help .. I did nothing it has happened suddenly. Now only showing this QDloader 9008.

I hate to say this but, you might be screwed. You should send it in or get a new watch.
Sorry.

But I didn't do anything. Sadly we have no option here in my country to send the watch back. i have seen that there are threads which unbrick from this state. But unfortunatly all the files are related to LG G3 and G2 and so on. So I don't have necessary files for unbrick Qualcomm. Hope if i could get any help :?

I was just searching around and I can't seem to find anything on the topic of an LG G Watch hard brick. Just wondering, did you buy the watch from eBay or a used one from Amazon etc...?
No I have brought from my friend. I have used this like from more than a year ago without any problem. normally i forget to charge. So it will completely out sometimes. Y]Day before yesterday also I forgot to charge. But yesterday I tried to charge, but it didn't turn on. I couldn't charge it. So I just connected to the computer then I saw this mode.

It's also possible that it may just be dead for good, or it might be a defective model.

Yes you can revive your phone through QFIL. I had. Lenovo a6000 plus and in case of hard brick (when you can't access recovery or fastboot), you can still revive your phone through the Diagnostics port. You need to have a ROW firmware file in my case. I don't have a link for your device. You have to search that for yourselves. But, I just want to give you some hope.
In case, you want to see how this works, you can see the 2nd method. Other methods might work too. CHECK OUT THIS LINK.

And, and about the ROW Firmware that you mentioned, I came to know that ROW is mostly in the case of Lenovo mobiles, whereas in case of Moto E, I didn't find anything with ROW firmware.
But, I would like to know that the ROW Firmware that you mentioned, is it in .zip file format or something else?

For me the format was .row only. I checked google for it and it's not so for others I guess. I've scoured some links for you, which might help, I'm not sure though. Specially, the firmware files, I don't know if these are what you need. But, you can have a look and atleast try unbricking your device. Good luck!

:good: Thank you very much for the links. I'll try those files. Hope it works.
One thing I am confident about now after my recent research online and here in XDA is that, my phone can be unbricked (whether QFIL method or otherwise) however severe the problem is.

Mine was also the same case , Downgraded to KitKat from lollipop received an OTA and bang! I got bricked!
My device gets detected as QUALCOMM HS-QDLOADER 9008 in COM ports which is also known as EMERGENCY DOWNLOAD MODE. I have rescued many phones from this incl. Nokia Lumia Devices(9006 and 9008)through Care Suite, Xiaomi devices but their Firmware allows them to flash from Emergency Download Mode.
But Motorola Has only released the FASTBOOT FIRMWARE which doesnt provide the way to Load FW in EDL mode, blank-flash files are leaked for the Moto G which does the same thing! But Blank-Flash are not available for Moto E which can resue you from Emergency DL mode . I tried using different tools like QPST an all but no luck.
The Solution till now is through JTAG/ATF recovery only which writes the eMMC through JTAG interface and RESTORES THE BOOT. It needs a specialised HW and can be done by a Mobile Technician for a small amount. This is the only solution i found though it was 1 yr ago

Bricked LG H930 (V30)

Is there any way to recover LG H930 (V30). I tried to reset FRP but chose wrong model (V300L) using Octoplus FRP by mistake.
During FRP reset the phone switched to Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9002 and then the process failed.
Now no response on phone - black screen and nothing showing on device manager. I have the dump file saved from Octoplus FRP.
Any method to save phone?
I tried volume up + power buttons
Volume down + Power button
Both volume buttons + power but no response.
If you have any tips, please share.
I have managed to get phone back into Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 by opening phone and removing battery and reinserting. Showing up in device manager now but still black screen. Still looking into it.
I managed to fix the phone using dump file created during FRP reset, thanks to help from Octoplus Team.
To repair your device do the following:
1. Select the model which you chose by mistake. In my case V300 instead of H930 in the list of Software.
2. Select backup file "Your dump file.dump" into the Firmware slot in Software. Should be saved in the Octoplus backup folder.
3. Press "Reset FRP (Qualcomm 9008)" button in Software and write back the backup file.
It is a rare situation but I hope it helps someone in the event they need it.

I just ran into this situation on my LG V30 Plus 128G. H932. I have no idea how to do what you're suggesting but i found the Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM10) in my Win 10 device manager. I was also able to pull event history etc. Anyway i can provide something from that and have the file built for me? I'll very happily donate!!

you must install Qualcomm driver to see your device in device manager as " Qualcomm qdloader 9008"
- but for now you can't do anything without jtag or box like Medusa or octopus.

Pocophone F1 Hard Bricked or Dead?

I was using my phone like normal when it froze on me. I shut down my phone as I usually do when it freezes using the Power off + Vol Down. After turning the phone off, it refused to turn back on again, the light indicator for charging also does not work anymore when plugging in the charger. I did a bit of research and found out that it is possibly bricked. The way they suggested to fix this issue is to flash the phone with the stock rom. So here are the things I've tried:
1. Using SP Flash Tool (not really sure how this one is supposed to work, it is asking me for a "Scatter Loading File" which to my knowledge, isn't part of the ROM file I downloaded from xiaomi.)
2. Booting into EDL mode by shorting the pins and Using the official Mi Flash Tool (This one barely worked for me, it got into the process of flashing but asked me for an authorized Mi Account, after a few hours of research I found out that you can't get one.)
3. Changing the original firehose file with the modified version to bypass the authentication (Still asked me to authenticate)
4. Other Flash Tools (Qualtek, MiracleBox, Qualcomm Flash tool, etc. All failed)
Not really sure what to do at this point, I am unable to launch into fastboot or recovery, phone is completely unresponsive. The only thing that is giving me hope is that the phone is detected in the device manager of my pc as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM3). Is the phone dead or is it just bricked, all answers will be highly appreciated, Thanks in Advance

Well it is kind of the only possible way because Xiaomi locked down the EDL mode and render a phone truly as useful as a brick, when bricked, unless you sign in with a authorized mi account. Also 99 percent of time the people online claiming that they can fix the device, it is a scam.
However Xiaomi store will probably not fix the phone (it is 3 years old) for the OP (original poster) and try to convince him to move on to new Xiaomi phones because, Xiaomi will earn more...

1000000 percent this will work because by replacing the motherboard, your corrupt data and chips (fried EMMC flash storage) (and snapped snapdragon) will be replaced.
Exactly same thing happened with my Poco F1 on 20th Aug. It comes up as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM3) when connecting to my laptop.
What would be the cost for getting motherboard replaced? I want to be able to use my phone with minimal effect to its state before the issue happened. Want to avoid any resets.

I'm afraid to say this but i think that your phone was stuck in EDL mode. here in my country the technicians offer remote EDL flash.. no success no payment transaction..
