Hi everyone, is there anyone who can help me with a HardSPL for my Nike (Niki 100) it is NOT a Neon. I've tried a whole bunch of them but to no avail. for more info on my problem please see this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=517346

Sorry but if I understand you well the sspl-1.16-nike.exe (jump-spl) works but after that when in bootloader the hardspl doesn't work?
So after running the sspl-1.16-nike.exe the tri-color screen says something like spl-1.16.jump or something with jump in it right?

I am trying to flash my Vario II to RadioROM 1.27 but am having little success, do I need to do something special to the device for this to work? i.e SuperCID?
I have a radiobootloader of 0107, I have tried updating using MaUpgradeUt_noID in both Bootloader and CE mode.

Run this:http://rapidshare.com/files/18091588/RUU_Radio_Only_1.27.00.00.exe Run from either BL mode or CE mode.
Ok am I doing something wrong?
- Connect the Hermes (ActiveSync disabled)
- Run MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe
But nothing happens, the update doesnt run.
Any help would be great!

you need activsyne ENABLED for CE mode
Sorry I ment I had disabled activesync usb mode, that file worked wonders!
All updated WOOT, running 1.27 now, all seems to be happy.
So tempted to update to WM6 but I think I will hold out for WMXL to come out of beta test, thanks for all your help.
Hi I have looked through all the threads and cannot find any help can some one help I tried to flash my rom and now the imate is stuck on the bootloaders screen ? Red, Green,Blue with IPL 1.00 and SPL 2.13 but it will not connect via USB to recover. I have tried all the steps shown but with no connection its not working. Thanks in advance and I hope someone can help.

1. try my post @ my signature, since your device had not done HARDSPL,
steps are:-
1. choose your favourite nk.nbf (from new rom) and put in the the folder of my tool ( that you had downloaded to your PC),
2. force Prophet into bootloader manually ------> very very important,
3. plug to PC and you should see the " USB" on the Prophet screen,
4. double click "upgrade.bat" from my lazy tool,
5. wait, and follow the on screen instruction,
6. DONE

That won't work as your tool needs an active sync connection!
Please read this: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Prophet_recovery
follow it, and then after that, dioxdas tool will work.
I did my first flash a few days ago, eventually i had the same problem you have, I downloaded the original rom for my phone from an ftp (forgot the link) and it flashed successfully (no other rom was working!) from bootloaders screen then upgraded back to wm6.1 Hope this helps!
I have a small question for the experts, my IPL is 1.00 and SPL is 2.13, does this mean I have a g3 phone?

Help. since a view weeks i can´t flash anymore. no way of Hardspl is working on my device. Jumpspl although not working. "OLD" way to upgrade works. I don´t know what´s diffrend. I flashed my prophet more than 50 times but now i can´t do it anymore. Please help.

Does JumpSPL allow you to flash another ROM? You need to use JumpSPL before you can flash the HardSPL.
phone have spl-1.16(was in phone,i don't make hardspl) but when i try write an cooked rom phone stop at 75% and now start in bootloader with power on+camera buton, with power on buton phone start in white screen and one vibration.
i try something with mtty but i don't understand very goog the procedure,i need a memory card insert in phone or without memory card?
when i start mtty and write first comand:

Thanks, just download This rom after download just connect you're phone to your computer, make sure your phone is in bootloader and run the exe from the download this will flash the original rom, if everything is ok, you will have the original wm 6.1 rom after that you need to Hardspl your phone, just read this Thread.
Just keep me informed if the original rom can not be flashed.

Here is the link for Italian, try to do the same as I mentioned before, just make sure active sync or wmdc is turned off.

Im having problems on installing wm 6.5 roms on my htc touch dual running on 6.1. Whenever i try to run sspl-1.16-nike.exe it just goes black and the word usb never comes up. Anybody know how to fix this. thanks in adance

Ok, let's try to help you, can you tell me what you did exactly, because you need to remove your simcard and sdcard, after that you can run sspl-1.16-nike.exe from your device, not your computer.
If you did all that, turn your device off and press the on/off button and the camera button on the same time if 'm correct it will bring you in a four coloured screen, can you give me the info from that screen.

Ok, that's why you can not run the sspl 1.16 because the sspl 1.16 is for the Nike and not the Neon, they look the same but they are completly different from the inside.
You have to read this post that one is for the neon400.
