Hi,
No gurantees, but try a hard reset;
With the 800 off press VOLUME DOWN-POWER-CAMERA all together
Wait for vibrate
Release POWER
Wait 10 seconds
Release all buttons
Lumia should vibrate
Power on
Hope it helps you get the phone backup..

If Hard Reset Method doesn't help you:
Actually, your Nokia Lumia has it's BOOTLOADER damaged.
The only thing that will work is RIFF JTAG.
You can solve this by going to Nokia Care / GSM Service.

itried that but the phone wont recognize with volume down or not
err that weird...
Can u try one more time?
1. Use Navifrim, search for Nokia 800 (RM-801) or Lumia 800 (RM-802 or RM-819) (depend on ur phone RM). Download the Tango 8773 version.
2. Copy the firmware u just downloaded to firmware folder of Nokia Care suite.
3. Run nokia care suite, run Product support tools.
3.1 On the top left corner choose NO CONNECTION, then go to file, choose open product RM-xxx (ur RM), then choose UPDATE LIST choose ur firmware.
3.2 On the bottom left corner choose PROGRAMMING, then choose RECOVERY, then press START.
4. Connect USB cable to laptop (leave the micro USB connect to nothing)
5. Turn off the phone, then hold VOLUME UP + connect the micro USB to ur handphone, wait till it install the driver then press RETRY.
Ur phone should flashing the firmware now. If it's not then send my condolences to your phone....

Try to force the reboot to OSBL:
When phone shows the picture with the phone & the PC, hold power button for 10 seconds, then hold Volume +, does it vibrate for a short time?
If it does, then you can flash with NSS / Nokia Care Suite.
If it doesn't and it reboots, you can only try to flash a FFU (with wp7 cab sender). If that still failed, you probably have a physical problem and should take it to repair.

Stuck NOkiA screen

Hello All,
I have a Nokia Lumia 920. My friend gave it to me and i was planning on using it. I figured a factory reset would wipe all his info so i can use it again. I did the factory wipe and i was stuck on 2 spinning cogs and it was going on for 1 hour so i soft reset it and it dosen't load anymore. It just loads to the NOKA LOGO.
This phone carrier is under Telstra in Australia. I am not sure if i am suppose to use a different firmware to flash or if i can use something in the North America.
I have download NOkia suite and NAvifirm+. Unfortunately nokia blocked the firmware to downlaods so i am not sure to do next.
The phone shows up on my computer as NOKIA boot mgr and i don't have the driver for it.
Any help will be fantastic.
:laugh::good:
use NCS for download firmware....

Restart the Phone by holding the Lower volume and power button. When the Nokia logo appears hit Up Volume, Down Volume, Power, Down Volume in that order. The phone should restart and go back to gears. Give it a few minutes to finish up and you should be good to go.

Nokia Lumia 800 stuck on start screen, common fault?

So I've had this Nokia Lumia 800 gathering dust in a box because I could never figure out how to restore it.
I'm guessing it's corrupt firmware or something but I know it's a common fault on this phone.
It's just stuck on start screen with the NOKIA logo.
It does sometimes bring up the no battery symbol, just a battery with one red bar in the middle of the screen and then windows trys to install drivers for it, so I guess it's recognized to some extent (fails to install drivers)
Does anybody have any ideas on bringing it back to life?
The phone was never rooted or modded

You can try these (2) methods...
Method 1) Note If your phone is currently stuck on the manufacturer's logo, Disconnect your phone from the USB cable.
Hold the volume - and power buttons to turn it off. After your screen goes black, quickly hold only the camera button AND connect the USB cable to your phone and computer...before the phone vibrates and starts back up to the logo.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Continue holding down the camera button until you see the connect-to-computer screen.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Release the camera button.
Leave the phone restart alone, then wait about 4/5 minutes .
==========================================================
Method 2) What u need:
Google this and download : Nokia Care Suite
Next step:
1. Open Program files (x86) -> Nokia -> Nokia Care Suite -> Application louncher -> bin -> ApplicationLauncher.exe
2. Choose PRODUCT SUPPORT TOOL FOR STORE
3. Take a Nokia Lumia 800. Turn it OFF. HOLD VOLUME+ BUTTON and Connect to pc with usb cable. Release when it vibrates.
4. In PRODUCT SUPPORT TOOL FOR STORE press PROGRAMMING-> RECOVERY.
5. Next step Press: FILE -> Open product.
6. Choose the RM-801 product. Press open. Wait until it loads. Dont take care if shows in corner some errors.
7. Press START.
Wait for the Phone to flash and restart. [After flashing connect your Nokia Lumia 800 to charger and wait first it shows: Battery with red indicator, then NOKIA logo, after 2-5 minutes phone will boot up 100 %].
...Thats it

[Q] [XT910]Bricked, need a little help (no fastboot, no recovery, bootloop)

Hey guys,
My friend asked me to help him out with his Motorola Razr XT910 phone. He tried to root it and flash a new rom but something went wrong because the phone is half(?)-dead now.
It just shows the Motorola logo when I start it and a few seconds later it shuts down. The strange thing is that it turns itself on automatically a few minutes later so I can't turn it off at all. Also, I can't start it with fastboot mode either (volume up+down+power).
When I try to connect it to my PC it's appearing as an unrecognised device so I'm clueless now. Most likely he killed/flashed/erased the bootloader somehow (he tried to flash something in fastboot mode).
Is there anything that I could try?

Does the phone still have battery? Because if it doesn't then you would need to get a factory cable.
Here's how to get into fastboot mode :
(1) When you see the Motorola logo, press the volume down button + power button and wait for the phone to turn off (there will be a slight white flash line on the screen)
(2) As soon as it does, press the volume up+volume down+power button and you should get it. It isn't easy, will take a few tries.
However, if it's battery is drained, just get the factory cable. It automatically puts the phone in fastboot mode
Plug it up to charge for at least 10 minutes then do power and down arrow for 20 seconds then release both and do power and up arrow till you see fastboot. Let me know how you make out.
Thank you guys, I was able to get into fastboot and the phone is working again (after debricking and flashing back the old JB rom).
Another question: I was able to root the phone with the chinese rootmaster application (From this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2402943 ) Is it possible to downgrade it to ICS? The phone's owner wants a hungarian ROM and the current JB rom is not containing this language. I found a central european ICS and most likely it's the latest hungarian ROM but I don't know how to flash or install it properly. Can you help me out with this? Is it possible if the phone is rooted?

[Q] Please help me with my Dead Nokia Lumia 800

My greetings to all the developers here and for all the members , I'm going to explain what happened with me .
I tried to put a Customed Rom on my Nokia Lumia 800
1) I used NSS 0.58 to put the Qualcomm boot on my phone .
2) it worked
3 ) I found a problem with Installing the drivers of Qualcomm on my Windows 7 32 bit
4) I installed the drivers ,
5) I tried to hard rest my phone to flash it and the my phone died , it doesn't display anything no boot , nothing , it just vibrates 2 times, one is long a little bit and another after the long one is short .
Please is there any solution to this problem ,
I tried to press the buttons power on/off and Volume - and the camera , but it didn't work at all
and even pressing the buttons the Camera and Power on/off doesn't work this time .
When I connects it now to the computer , it shows qualcomm cdma technologies msm .
This happened to me once, what i did was to charge it on my computer. try and reset it while it's connected to the computer. if this doesn't do it, try leaving it charging for at least 30 minutes then try the volume - + power + camera button trick. This did it for me.
